Staff very attentive, caring and compassion. Always available to help. Pain management keep under observation and staff listened when I said to reduce as strength was making me feel worse.
Suggested improvements
Organisation with PTS needs to be better Staff had no contact from 10 am until late in evening. Evening snack could to offered as it is a long time between dinner 3 breakfast x-ray's - long delays!

Staff was kind and respectful and a good indication in seeing how well they looked after the elderly patient.
Suggested improvements
Would have liked to have had a bit more time with doctors when being discharged. Although waited a long time for discharge papers. Spent under 3 mins speaking with doctors.
